Request for Adjustment of Dues, 5779 (2018-2019)

 

No one will be turned away for financial reasons.  If you would like to request need-based adjustment of dues, please fill out the form below.

Dues adjustments are made on a year-by-year, case-by-case basis. If you were granted an adjustment last year, you must submit a new request for the upcoming year, as your circumstances may have changed.

Requests will be reviewed by the treasurer and by the president. This is a confidential process. One of them may contact you if clarification is needed. A response to your request will be sent via email within 2 to 3 weeks. Once your dues amount has been finalized, you will be expected immediately either to make your payment or to set up your payment plan.
