Request for Adjustment of Dues, 5784 (2023-2024)
We understand that some years may be difficult financially for many people in our community. No one will be turned away from membership for financial reasons. If you would like to request a need-based adjustment of dues, please fill out the form below.
Dues adjustments are made on a year-by-year, case-by-case basis. If you were granted an adjustment last year, you must submit a new request for the upcoming year, as your circumstances may have changed.
Requests will be reviewed confidentially by the Executive Director and/or Rav Ari. A response to your request will be sent via email within 1 week. Once your dues amount has been finalized, you will be expected immediately either to make your payment or to set up your payment plan.
