Kitchen Access

Kitchen Manager must be present and oversee kitchen use


Kitchen Clean-up

  • Please leave the kitchen in the same, or better, condition than you found it in.
  • Clean all dishes and put away in the same place that they were found.
  • Place dirty towels in the dirty towel bin.
  • Wipe down tablecloths on counters and clean with a clean wash rag. 
  • Nothing should be left out after the event.
  • If the floor is sticky, please try to spot clean.
  • If you think you may have leftover food, please contact Tammi Finestone or the special events chairperson before the event for suggestions about what to do with the food.  All leftover food must be removed from the kitchen by the day after the event.
